About

Daily minyan has been the secret to my own success living in the city, and I've seen it serve a similar role for others.  It's where I've made new friends, received shabbos meal invites, been set up on dates, and been offered jobs.  Without even trying, you end up at people's bris celebrations, siyums, yahrtzeits and more.  You get to schmooze with visitors, the rabbi, and sometimes even the kvetchy old gabbai.  Did I mention that you also get to daven?

The full experience of being Jewish is in its community; without it, you're missing out. It's like having Airpod Pro's and never discovering Noise Cancellation mode. I created this site in response to so many of my neighbors and friends faltering on daily minyan because it's far, the minyan times are uncertain, and…who's going to notice my presence anyway? (Many will! Especially at Voorhand's Shtieble 😉).

So wake up, and see what minyanim are starting next near you! They've all got a coffee station, no need to bring your own ☕️.  Probably some whiskey too.

L'chaim,

Simon
